The movie Runway 34 made poor collections at the box office, while Heropanti 2 has ended its run on the second Friday. The Ajay Devgn directorial and Tiger Shroff starrer was released in theatres almost a week ago. Both the movies were released on April 29, last Friday. And since then, they have witnessed an upward and downward trend in collections. Runway 34 and Heropanti 2 have managed to make almost similar collections at the box office, in total.

A Box Office India report said that the Ajay Devgn directorial made a total collection of 23 crore nett on the second Friday at the box office. Talking about the Tiger Shroff starrer, it has managed to collect around 25 lakhs on the second Friday. In total, Heropanti 2 has made a collection of 23.05 crore nett, at the box office.

According to the report, “Runway 34 collected a poor 1 crore nett on its second Friday to take its total to over 23 crore nett. the drop is around 30% from Thursday which is not huge but the problem for the film is that it is not collecting. It can be said it is steady but at very mediocre collections.”

As per the report further, “Heropanti 2 has ended its run after one week as it collects around 25 lakhs nett on the second Friday. These collections are mainly coming from mass pockets due to the post Eid factor. The film hardly having collections in the major multiplexes.” The report further stated that the Tiger Shroff starrer should end its business at around 25 crore nett.

Meanwhile, Runway 34 is directed by Ajay Devgn. It stars Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Boman Irani and Rakul Preet Singh in key roles. Talking about Heropanti 2, it features Tiger, Tara Sutaria, and Nawazuddin Siddique in pivotal roles.
