The movies Runway 34 and Heropanti 2 have experienced a dull first week, in the box office collections. Both the movies had released in the theatres, about a week ago. The films released in cinemas on April 29, last Friday. The Ajay Devgn directorial Runway 34 had a low start at the box office, while the Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2 witnessed decent collections on the first day.

A Box Office India report said that the Ajay Devgn movie has had a dull first week with total collections of 22.50 crore nett. Talking about the Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria starrer, the movie collected 23 crore nett in total. In terms of the first Monday collections, Heropanti 2 managed to collect only 1 crore nett but the Ajay directorial made a far more better collection.

According to the report, “Runway 34 also had a very dull first week as the film collected 22.50 crore nett. The film had a reasonable hold on Monday but was unable to benefit much from the Eid period as it had no mass support. The collections of Heropanti 2 were less than 50% of Runway 34 on Monday but it went ahead of Runway 34 for the rest of the week on mass support despite poor reports.”

As per the report further, “Heropanti 2 had a very dull first week with collections of 23 crore nett. The film had gone on Monday with only 1 crore nett nett but the Eid period meant it managed to get better collections over the next few days though it makes little difference to the final outcome.

The report even stated that the collections of Runway 34 would be better than Tiger Shroff starrer.

Meanwhile, Runway 34 stars Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh and Boman Irani. Heropanti 2 features Tiger Shroff, tara Sutaria, and Nawazuddin Siddique.
