Actor Jackky Bhagnani has lent his support to an exercise program called ‘KASRAT’ by joining hands with the BMC. Yuva Sena Chief Aditya Thackeray has also lent his support to this social cause. The duo visited kids at a BMC school and interacted with them.

KASRAT is a thirty-minute exercise routine which aims to enhance the physical training program being followed by municipal schools and focuses on children aged between 13-16 years.

Jackky had been an overweight child and his journey to weight loss has been inspiring. The actor shared some memories of his childhood. He said, “I was very overweight as a child and this over time led to several health issues for me like asthma, high blood pressure. This over years led to poor self-esteem. It was only later as I began getting fit that I was able to overcome these. I am determined that teenagers don’t face what I had to go through in school. I am fortunate to have found support from Aditya Thackeray in allowing this vision to unfold.”

Aditya Thackeray added, “I think KASRAT is a great idea to make kids understand the true meaning of fitness. Stamina, endurance and true strength will help them study better.”

We are certainly hopeful that with celebs joining hands for such noble causes, the kids will instantly connect with program.
