Riteish Deshmukh and Vijender Singh

The Bank Chors have now taken up the epic face-off between Mumbai and Delhi in their new video called ‘BC Rap Knockout: Mumbai vs Delhi’. Cashing in on the age-old rivalry between Mumbai and Delhi, the rap battle is an epic one as Riteish Deshmukh and Vijender Singh fight it out for their respective cities, Mumbai and Delhi. As Riteish plays Marathi Manoos Champak Chiplunkar in the movie, he represents the Mumbai side, while the Olympic medal-winning boxer Vijender Singh stands for Delhi side. Vijender’s rap punches in the song are sung by rapper Pardhaan whereas Riteish’s rap portions are sung by Marathi gully rapper, Naezy. The hip lyrics and rap design by Varun Likhate deserves a special mention because the song completely showcases the highlights and weak points of both the cities in a fun manner.
