Animal box office: Ranbir Kapoor starrer BEATS Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 week 1 collection, earns over Rs 300 crores

Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna is only growing and flourishing at the box office. The movie has already crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the worldwide box office and now it is also doing good business in the domestic market as well. Speaking about the collections, Animal collected Rs 22.35 crore on Thursday. The week 1 total now comes to Rs 300.81 crore which is commendable. The movie crossed the 300 crore mark in the Hindi language.

Earlier, Animal has beaten Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh lifetime collections. Now, the movie has managed to beat another blockbuster film and it was Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2. Animal has beaten Gadar 2 week 1 collections which was Rs 284.63 crore.

Friday – Day 1: Rs 54.75 crore

Saturday – Day 2: Rs 58.37 crore

Sunday – Day 3: Rs 63.46 crore

Monday – Day 4: Rs 40.06 crore

Tuesday – Day 5: 34.02 crore

Wednesday – Day 6: Rs 27.80 crore

Thursday – Day 7: Rs 22.35 crore

Total: Rs 300.81 crore

Jawan: Rs 327.88 crore [Thu – Wed]

Pathaan: Rs 318.50 crore [Wed to Tue]

Animal: Rs 300.81 crore [Fri – Thu]

Gadar2: Rs 284.63 crore [Fri – Thu]

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial venture has collected Rs 1.78 crore in other languages and hence, the grand total collection of Animal (all languages) is Rs 338.63 crore.

After the mega success of Animal, a sequel is also in the cards. Earlier, in an interview, director Sandeep revealed that Animal Park will be bigger, darker and meaner than Ranbir Kapoor starrer.
