Gadar 2 box office: Sunny Deol starrer inches closer to 100 crore mark, rakes in impressive Rs 83 crores in two days

The Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer, Gadar 2, has proven that even after 22 years, their on-screen magic remains unchanged. The film was released on 11th August. It has drawn a significant number of audiences to the theatres on its opening day. It appears that Gadar 2 is leading in terms of numbers. Gadar 2, an action-packed drama had a powerful opening at the box office on Day 1, collecting Rs. 40.10 crores. Now, discussing the Day 2 collection, it’s exceptionally impressive and has managed to maintain its momentum.

It seems likely that by the end of the weekend, specifically on Sunday, it will have reached around 100 crores at the box office that too in just 3 days. Considering that August 15th, Independence Day, is approaching on Tuesday, the film could potentially experience a surge in numbers. As it has the element of patriotism and fans would love to get the vibe of it.

 The simultaneous release of Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 on the same day has generated a considerable amount of attention. However, OMG 2 hasn’t achieved comparable numbers to Gadar 2. This clash at the box office was widely regarded as one of the most anticipated and talked-about clashes.
