Jaat Box Office Collection Day 5

Sunny Deol’s Jaat had a slow Monday (April 14), earning around ₹7.5 crore. With this, the film’s total box office collection in five days stands at approximately ₹47 crore. The movie is now close to reaching the ₹50 crore mark at the Hindi box office.

Jaat Box Office Day 5

According to Sacnilk, Jaat had an overall occupancy rate of 16.26% in Hindi theatres on Monday. The morning shows saw a 9.24% turnout, while the afternoon shows recorded 19.84%. The evening shows had a 17.51% occupancy rate, and night shows closed at 18.46%.

Although Monday’s numbers were lower, Sunday had a much better performance with a 26.23% occupancy rate. The action drama, featuring Sunny Deol in the lead, has had a steady run since its release, and fans continue to support the film.

Comparisons are being drawn with Deol’s previous hit, Gadar 2, which was released on August 11, 2023, and earned a massive ₹525.7 crore in India. While Jaat may not match those numbers, it has still shown promise at the box office.

With the coming days, all eyes are on whether Jaat can pick up momentum and cross the ₹50 crore milestone.

About Jaat

Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film is produced by People Media Factory and Mythri Movie Makers. The film also stars Saiyammi Kher, Randeep Hooda and Vineet Kumar Singh. Bollywood Bubble gave Jaat 4 stars. A part of the review read, “Jaat is a throwback to old-school action dramas with solid performances and a rustic setting. While not groundbreaking, it’s a decent entertainer for fans of the genre. Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda carry the film, making it worth a watch for their fans. Overall, Gopichand Malineni‘s Jaat may not reinvent the genre, but it delivers a solid dose of action and emotion, powered by its stellar leads.”

On the work front, Sunny has Border 2 with Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty and Diljit Dosanjh. He also has Rajkumar Santoshi’s Lahore 1947, which also stars Preity Zinta. Apart from this, he also has Ramayana in his kitty.
