After starting the year with Pathaan, Jawan has set the cash registers ringing at the box office with his action entertainer Jawan. The Atlee directorial is enjoying a phenomenal run at the ticket windows. The film shattered several records in less than a week of release, not only domestically, but also globally. Its total collection now stands at Rs 526.73 crores.

Detailed breakdown of Jawan Box office collection

The film has approximately minted around Rs 8.85 crores in all languages on Day 15, bringing its total collection to Rs 526.73 crores. As per reports, it had an occupancy of 14.94% in the Hindi market on Thursday. The occupancy in the Telugu-speaking states was slightly better at 15.59%.

Week 1: Rs 389.88 crores

Week 2: Rs 136.9 crores

Day 15: Rs 8.85 crores*

Total: Rs 526.73 crores (all languages)

Talking about its worldwide collection, the film has collected over Rs 900 crores. It is expected to enter the coveted 1000 crore club over the weekend. So far, it has emerged as the fourth highest-grossing Bollywood film after Bajrangi Bhaijaan.  

About Jawan

The action entertainer directed by Atlee, was released on September 7. It stars Shah Rukh Khan in a double role with Nayanthara playing the female lead and Vijay Sethupathi cast as the antagonist. Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt make memorable special appearances, while Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Lehar Khan, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Sunil Grover, and Ridhi Dogra play pivotal roles.
