Yodha box office collection day 2: Sidharth Malhotra starrer witnesses a solid jump, earns over Rs 6 crores

Sidharth Malhotra is back in uniform with his latest action-entertainer Yodha. His act, captivating narrative and engaging screenplay are garnering rave response from the audience. While Yodha witnessed single-digit opening on Day 1 at the box office, it witnessed a surge on Day 2.

As per official figures, the film collected Rs 4.25 crore on its day 1 and Rs 6.01 crores on Saturday in India. With this, the film’s total collection so far stands at Rs 10.26 crores.

Along with Yodha, Adah Sharma’s Bastar: The Naxal story released in theatres. But it could not take over the Sidharth Malhotra starrer. However, looks like Ajay Devgn’s Shaitaan is currently ruling the box office. Within 1 week, the flick has managed to cross 100 crore mark in India. With this, looks like a strong word-of-mouth can help Yodha cross a certain collection till next weekend.

Bollywood Bubble gave TBMAUJ ‘3.5’ stars. A part of the review read, “Yodha is a cinematic masterpiece that is full of entertainment. Every frame is captivating and engaging, and most importantly, it has great re-watch value. The movie is an absolute action-packed entertainer that will keep you engrossed till the end. Sidharth’s performance as a soldier is outstanding, and he looks incredibly attractive in his uniform. Although the character is different from Shershaah, it will remind you of those days. The stunning action sequences, cinematography, and patriotic themes will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on you. This is a movie that demands your full attention on the big screen.”

Yodha has been directed by debutant duo Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha. It also stars Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
