Today is Holi and people around the country have come together to revel in colours and happiness. Just like everyone else, Bollywood celebrities too love the festival of colours. While they enjoy the festival with their friends and family, they haven’t overlooked their fans. Several celebrities have taken to social media to extend heartfelt and colourful wishes to their fans on this auspicious occasion.

From Amitabh Bachchan and Alia Bhatt to Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Anushka Sharma, the list of actors wishing their fans is long. Newlyweds Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani, Pulkit Samrat-Kriti Kharbanda and Rakul Preet Singh-Jackky Bhagnani also dropped pictures of their first Holi together and wished for their fans.

Amitabh Bachchan 

Amitabh Bachchan took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) account and shared a picture of his young self with the text ‘Rang Barse’ written over it. 

Sidharth Malhotra & Kiara Advani

Celebrating Holi, Sid and Kiara shared a similar picture wherein the ‘Kabir Singh’ actress is seen capturing the moment as the ‘Sheershah’ actor engulfs her in an affectionate hug. Sharing a picture – which sees them covered in red and yellow colour powder, Sidharth captioned the festive greetings, writing, “Holi ka yeh tyohaar sabko mubarak #HappyHoli.” He also added the timeless Holi track, ‘Rang Barse’ to the post. Meanwhile, Kiara – sharing the same image, quipped, “Holi with my Homie,” accompanied by all the colourful heart emojis.

Pulkit Samrat & Kriti Kharbanda

Pulkit and Kriti – who tied the knot earlier this month (March 15) at the ITC Grand Bharat in Manesar, celebrated their first Holi as Mr & Mrs Sharing a glimpse into their celebration, the newlyweds posted a compilation video of pictures. While Pulkit opted for a white shirt, Kriti looked beautiful in a white ethnic suit with a floral pattern and red chooda. The duo shared tender cheek kisses in the clip. Their caption read, “Hamari pehli holi!”

Rakul Preet-Jackky Bhagnani

Rakul took to Instagram and shared a cute reel of her and Jackky celebrating their first Holi as a married couple. Featuring a collage of them dressed in white and applying colour to each other, the actress captioned the post, “Happpppy holi from us to you”

She also shared a picture of herself dressed in a bright yellow top and white pants with a gulaal on her cheeks. Captioned, “Happy Holi guys (red heart)” the song, “Do Me A Favour, Let’s Play Holi” plays in the background. She also shared an image of her and Jackky on Stories captioned, “We wish all the negativity around you goes away1!” She accompanied this post with a remix of Rang Barse.

Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff & Disha Patani

Disha Patani took to Instagram a while ago and shared a fun video capturing her celebrating the festival of colours with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, as well as a few close friends. The clip begins with a slow-motion scene of the ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miya’ duo playfully dousing Disha in colour and then a collage of different moments the actress enjoyed during the celebration. She added the hip-hop remix of Amitabh Bachchan’s Rang Barse as its melodious but funky background music

Akshay and Tiger also took to their Instagram handles and shared a fun clip of how their Holi celebration together went. It shows Akshay walking out of his house with something behind his back when he runs into a shirtless Tiger at his gate – ready with a bucket of coloured water. Showing him a coconut that he won’t hesitate to use to keep himself clean, the ‘Baaghi’ actor empties the bucket on his own head. They captioned the video, “Bura na mano, Holi hai. #HappyHoli everyone.”

Preity Zinta

The ‘Veer-Zaara’ took to X and shared a few throwback pictures celebrating the festival of colours. She tweeted, “Happy Holi to all of you who celebrate 😍 May this festival of colour bring joy, happiness & peace to you & your family. Love & light always ❤️ #Happyholi #रंगबरसे #Throwback #Ting”

Alia Bhatt

The ‘Raazi” actress took to her Instagram and shared a picture of a rainbow and wrote, “Happy Holi”

Kareena Kapoor Khan

Just like Alia Bhatt, Kareena also took to her Instagram Stories to wish her fans. Sharing a picture of purple and orange colours aesthetically covering a table, she wrote, “Happy Holi” 

Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut – who is venturing into politics, shared a picture of herself after playing Holi in her home state Himachal. Seen wearing a blue suit and a Himachali topi, she simply captioned her X post, “Happy Holi.”

Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan also took to X to wish his fans on Holi. He wrote, ”May each day of your life be as colourful & joyous as today. Happy Holi beautiful people.”

Abhishek Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan shared glimpses of the Holika Dahan celebration asking for good to triumph over evil. His Instagram post read, “May the Holika burn all evil away. Happy Holi!”

Karisma Kapoor

The actress took to social and shared an image from one of her past movies dancing during the festival of colour. She simply captioned it, “Happy Holi maro ur thumka’s and dance the day away “

Anushka took to her Instagram Stories and shared a colourful video wishing all her fans on the auspicious occasion.

The actress too share a simple festive wish with her fans by posting a message on her Instagram Stories.

Ananya Panday

Ananya took to her Instagram Stories and posted two images celebrating the festival of colour. While the first is a throwback picture of her enjoying the day with Shanaya Kapoor and Suhana Khan as kids, the other is her smiling at the camera while covered in colour.
