Shah Rukh Khan announces Jawan release date

Earlier, there were reports suggesting that Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan has shifted its release date while Luka Chuppi 2 will take over the spot. It was said Sara Ali Khan and Vicky Kaushal starrer will release on June 2. Confirming the same, on Saturday, SRK announced Jawan will release on September 7, 2023, along with a new poster.

Salman Khan on his low neckline comment

On Rajat Sharma’s show Aap Ki Adalat, Salman Khan defended his statement on women should have a proper neckline on his film’s set. Salman said, ”There is no double standard in it. I feel that a woman’s body is a lot more precious. So, as much as it is covered, I feel it’s better.“

He was asked if this rule was only applicable to girls, Salman said, “Ye ladkiyo ka chakkar nahi hai, ye ladko ka chakkar hai. Jis hisab se ladke ladkiyo ko dekhte hai, aapki behne, aapki biwiya, aapki mothers, wo mujhe acha nahi lagta. (It’s not a matter of girls, it’s about the boys. The way they look at girls, at your sister, wife or mother, I do not like it). So, I do not want them to go through this.”

Alia Bhatt mesmerised everyone when she made her debut at Met Gala 2023. She walked the ramp looking like a vision in white.
