Actor Ali Mughal spoke about fulfilling a career-defining dream by being part of the iconic franchise Border 2. Sharing screen space with Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan, the actor expressed his excitement and disbelief at joining such a massive project. Ali recalled his memorable first meeting with Sunny Deol and the warmth that made the moment truly special.

In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Ali Mughal opened up about being a part of the most iconic franchise, Border 2. He said, “Wow, me working in Border 2 is huge for me, because I never even dreamt of working with Sunny sir or Varun Dhawan, and with a big director like Anurag Singh sir. I will never forget my first meeting with Sunny sir. I told him (in Punjabi) that I was a kid when Border was released, and now I am working on Border 2. He charmingly replied, “I still feel I am a kid.”

For Ali, it is a dream come true moment as many actors auditioned for his role and with his talent, he made the mark.

Furthermore, talking about how much the classic cult franchise is responsible for taking the legacy forward of Border, which was released in 1997. He said, “I feel it is a huge responsibility for an actor to bring out everything he has when it comes to acting and to deliver it correctly. I know people from the industry and our lovely audience are going to judge your performance, so I have always worked hard on my acting skills to be ready for such big opportunities or any opportunity.”

“For me, an actor is like a gun: it looks good with fire inside. It should not be jammed; you have to keep cleaning and handling it properly. Plus, it should have the right emotion inside, so it fires at its best when the right time arrives,” he concluded.
