When asked if he took any advice from Gauahar Khan before entering Bigg Boss 19, Awez Darbar said, “Honestly, main tip chahta hi nahi tha bilkul bhi. But jab maine unko bataya ki main ja raha hoon, toh main expect kar raha tha ki wo bahut kuch bolenge. Mujhe aisa laga ki wo mujhe bahut kuch batayenge as a game player. But trust me, unhone sirf yeh hi bola: ‘Mujhe tujhe kuch batane ki zarurat nahi hai. Be yourself, I think you will do good.'”

Awez Darbar Breaks The Myth Of Winning Bigg Boss By Fighting

Speaking of the myth that Bigg Boss can only be won when a contestant fights throughout the show, Awez said, “Main tod sakta hoon jaake yeh cheez ko. Mujhe lagta hai ki sirf ladai se nahi hota hai. Woh ek cheez hai, aap bol sakte ho. But you know, movies mein bhi aapne dekha hoga, kuch movies mein ladai hoti hi nahi hai. Kabhi-kabhaar it is all about love, family, drama, aur woh movie superhit hoti hai – ekdum superhit, bina fight ke.”

He added, “Zaruri nahi hai ki aapko sirf aur sirf ladai dikhani hai. Main ek alag variation laa sakta hoon. Bol sakta hoon ki entertainer of the house ho sakta hoon. Jahaan main logon ko ghost stories sunaunga, example-wise challenges karaunga, unke saath games khelunga. Jaise bolunga, ‘Tumhara ration hai, mera ration hai, okay chalo game khelenge. Agar main jeeta toh tumhara mera exchange hoga.’ Aise fun cheezein kar sakte hain. You can entertain everyone.”
