The candid chat opened up when Sunny Leone shared about being a typecast in the industry. Speaking about the same, Sunny said, “I know myself, I know who I am, I know my background, I know all these different things. The challenge for me has always been that I should try and do as many things as possible. But sometimes those things are not possible, they are not on the table. I don’t really have a choice. The thing that Anurag Kashyap did is that he made me a real person. And that was the biggest takebacks that I have from working with him. He validated me as an individual and as an artist or as someone that wants to be taken seriously.”

She added, “Because the thing is that we get stuck in different roles or we get stuck in different bubbles but no matter what, people’s perception are their own personal perceptions and they are stuck in their own bubble. They can’t see past those things. But I don’t think my fans are like that. I think they are amazing, sometimes they see things that journalists or reporters don’t see. So, it’s not me who is typecasting me and it’s not my fans who typecast me, it’s everybody else.”

Well, the candid conversation did not just end here. Further up, Sunny Leone went on to speak about motherhood and how she has battled judgements.
