He was last seen in the series Sena, where his performance received much appreciation. The actor recently sat with Bollywood Bubble for an exclusive chat and opened up about his experience shooting the film, the challenges he faced while playing an army personnel, the appreciation he received and more. Vikram Singh Recalls Bleeding From His Head After Getting Hit By Glass

When asked if playing an army officer is easy or whether there are challenges in essaying the role, the actor recalled a moment from its shooting schedule. Vikram Singh said, “Ek bohot kamaal ka experience yeh tha ki hum ek action sequence shoot kar rate the, and usme ek blast mein kuch ek glass ka piece it got hit me on the skull. Toh zyada kuch nahi hua. Halka sa blood nikla. Bahut halka sa. Theek hai?”

He continued, “Aur poori unit aa gayi mere paas to help me out. At that moment, I realised ki, you know, jo real soldiers hain, wo battlefront mein, unke paas bullets aa rahi hain… aur koi nahi hai unke paas. They are by themselves with their unit. Toh wahan mujhe realisation hua ki, you know, camera ke peeche acting karna kitna aasaan hai aur jisko main represent kar raha hoon, wo wahan border pe kya face kar raha hota hai.”

Talking about the praise he got from real army officers for his portrayal and how he felt about it, the actor expressed, “Pehle toh ek satisfaction tha. Bahut khushi thi is cheez ki that real army officers hamare show ko praise kar rahe hain aur wo baat kar rahe hain ki kitna accha direct kiya hai, shoot kiya hai.”

He added, “And I was really happy for the entire team. Kyunki sabne apna khoon-paseena literally bahaya hai show mein, like we have shot for 16 hours. Aisi location pe shoot kiya hai jahan pe shoot karna bahut mushkil tha, like, hum dense jungle mein jaake shoot karte the, aur some areas kuch aise the jahan pe shayad pehle kabhi kisi ne kadam rakha bhi nahi hai, kyunki humko wo dikhana tha, waisa backdrop chahiye tha. Toh wo bahut tough shoot thi, aur wo aisa laga ki, you know, everything is worth it jab aapko real army officers call karke bolte hain ki ‘You have justified…'”

Vikram was last seen in the web series Sena.
