At the trailer launch of Mannu Kya Karegga, it was revealed that Saachi Bindra was always the first choice for the lead role. However, Aneet, who is now gaining attention for her breakout performance in Saiyaara, was also briefly considered.
Vyom On Aneet Padda Missing Out On Mannu Kya Karegga
When asked about Aneet Padda nearly being cast opposite him and how he feels seeing her succeed with Saiyaara, Vyom responded with grace and positivity. Sharing his thoughts, he stated to Bollywood Bubble, “Aneet Padda was also being considered for this role, though I don’t think she formally auditioned. That said, I’m genuinely happy for her; her film did really well, and it’s great to see her doing so well.”
Vyom’s response reflects a spirit of healthy competition and support within the industry. While Mannu Kya Karegga features fresh faces and is slowly building its audience, Saiyaara has already seen strong success at the box office.
Vyom also shared her experience working with debutant Sachi Bindra on this project and how his on-screen dynamics shaped the story. He stated, “Right from the start, Sachi came across as a very chill and fun person, someone who could take a joke easily. That really helped break the ice and made it easier for us to relax around each other. We spent a lot of time rehearsing lines and attending workshops together, which helped us connect professionally.”
He added, “We even went to Mauritius to shoot a song before filming the actual movie, and that trip really helped break down any walls that might have been there between us. Sachi is absolutely wonderful to work with, and our chemistry naturally developed over time. I truly enjoyed working with her.”
Both rising stars are clearly making their mark in different ways. As the industry opens up to new talent, it’s encouraging to see young actors supporting each other’s journeys. With promising careers ahead, fans can hope to see Vyom and Aneet share the screen in a future project.
