Anshula’s bridal ensemble centred on a coral-peach lehenga featuring intricate embroidery and traditional woven motifs. The skirt was adorned with densely worked paisley and floral patterns in shades of blush, gold, and deeper coral. The blouse, cut with a sweetheart neckline, showcased intricate zardozi-style embroidery.

Draped over her shoulders was a heavily embroidered antique gold dupatta, framed by a vibrant coral-and-pink woven border. Instead of wearing the veil over her head during the ceremony, Anshula opted for a softer styling, pinning a blush-pink veil behind her sleek bun.

About The Jewellery

Her jewellery was unmistakably maximalist, typical for a North Indian bride. Around her neck was an elaborate kundan choker accented with pearls and emeralds, complemented by a kundan-emerald sita haar. A classic round maang tikka sat neatly along her centre parting, with a tiny red bindi adding a traditional finishing touch.

She chose to forgo oversized bridal naths or elaborate matha pattis, which have become common in many celebrity weddings. Her wrists were adorned with a mix of gold and kundan bangles. It is punctuated by traditional matching bridal chooda bangles.

About Rohan’s Outfit

Rohan Thakkar selected an ensemble that complemented his bride’s vibrant attire. He wore a champagne-beige sherwani woven with subtle metallic thread work that caught the light without appearing overly ornate. The sherwani was paired with an ivory churidar and a matching satin stole draped effortlessly over one shoulder. His champagne silk safa was finished with an elegant sarpech featuring kundan work and emerald drops. It perfectly complemented Anshula’s emerald jewellery.

Anshula and Rohan said ‘I do’ in a wedding attended by close family and friends. They met on a dating app in 2022. Rohan proposed to Anshula in New York City’s Central Park in July 2025.
