Sooryavanshi to Dhamaka: 7 Bollywood movies that are releasing in November on OTT and in theatres

November 2021 Movies and Releases: Theatres with full capacity have finally started and the same may help to bring back the box office business on track. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, makers and distributors had suffered a lot and many went for an OTT release. While OTT releases will continue for their audiences, many movies especially the big-budgeted and big-ticketed, theatre-centric ones are releasing this month.

Sooryanavnshi
Release Date: November 5
Theatrical Release

Rohit Shetty’s most-awaited film ‘Sooryavanshi’ is finally releasing this November after a very long period of wait. With the reopening of theatres, the action-packed masala film which was meant for big screens is having a Diwali release. For the unversed, the film was initially scheduled to release in March 2020 and was the first Bollywood film that’s release was affected by the Covid -19 pandemic.

Meenakshi Sundareshwar
Release Date: November 5
Netflix
Abhimanyu Dassani and Sanya Malhotra starrer is all set to release on Netflix. The romantic comedy revolves around a newly wedded couple named Sundareshwar and Meenakshi and how they struggle to maintain their long-distance marriage. It focuses on how the couple tries to overcome insecurities and dissimilarities in their relationship.

Dhamaka
Release Date: November 19
Netflix
Dhamaka starring Kartik Aaryan and Mrunal Thakur has been in the news since the makers dropped the very first trailer. The movie follows the life of Kartik’s character who is a cynical primetime anchor and who fights his ambition amid a shocking terror attack.

Squad
Release Date: November 12.
Zee 5

Squad is an action film which marks the debut of actors Rinzing Denzongpa (son of Danny Denzongpa) and Malvika Raaj (Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham fame). The drama is produced by Zee Studios and Indian Media Entertainment and is directed by Nilesh Sahay. It revolves around the battle between the nations’ special forces with a little girl at the center of it.

Bunty Aur Babli 2
Release Date November 19
Theatrical Release

Bunty Aur Babli 2 is one of the highly anticipated November movies of the year. Yash Raj Films backed is a sequel to their popular film ‘Bunty Aur Babli’. The movie is also a part of the celebrations of 50 years of YRF. The drama stars Rani Mukerjee, Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi (Gully Boy fame) and Sharvari Wagh (debutant) in lead roles.

Satyameva Jayate
Release Date: November 25
Theatrical Release

Satyamev Jayate 2 is the sequel to the 2018 action film that featured John Abraham in the lead role. This time, it’s triple the thrill, action and entertainment for John will be seen in the triple role. Yes, you read it right! It is not a double but a triple role, where he plays the character of father and twins who are on the opposite sides of the law.

Antim
Release Date: November 26
Theatrical Release

The month will end with one of the biggest releases and that is with Bhai’s super-duper action drama.  Salman Khan and brother-in-law Aayush starrer is the remake of the 2018’s Marathi movie Mulshi Pattern. Fans of course cannot wait for his big release.
