RIP Aruna Bhatia: THESE quotes and photos prove that Akshay Kumar was very close to his mother

It is one of the saddest days for Akshay Kumar as his mother Aruna Bhatia passed away today. The actor took to his social media to announce the heartbreaking news of her demise. He wrote, “She was my core. And today I feel an unbearable pain at the very core of my existence. My maa Smt Aruna Bhatia peacefully left this world today morning and got reunited with my dad in the other world. I respect your prayers as I and my family go through this period. Om Shanti.”

For the unversed, Aruna was hospitalized recently and has been in critical condition it seems. The actor who was busy shooting out of India flew back to be with his ailing mother.
