1. Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja welcome a baby boy:

The Neerja actor and her husband embraced parenthood after welcoming a baby boy on August 20. The new parents even released an official statement which read: “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed hands and open hearts. Thank You to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning, but we know our lives are forever changed. Sonam & Anand.”

2. Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover announce pregnancy:

On August 16, Bipasha and Karan shared maternity photoshoot pictures while announcing pregnancy. Her note read, “A new time, a new phase, a new light adds another unique shade to our prism of life. Making us a little more whole than we used to be. We began this life individually and then we met each other and from then we were two. Too much love for only two, seemed a little unfair for us to see…so soon, we who once were two will now become three. A creation manifested by our love, our baby will join us soon and add to our glee Thank you all, for your unconditional love, your prayers and good wishes as they are and will always be a part of us. 3. Taapsee Pannu breaks silence in getting angry with the paps:

Earlier, Taapsee faced a lot of flak when she arrived late at an event and had a word spat with the paps. Recently, the Haseen Dilruba actor cleared the air and said, “Even my parents don’t scold me in that tone. I don’t even know how to describe it to you. I was given a schedule to follow. I was doing that. Why should I be at the receiving end of this tone, as if I have committed a crime?!”

Taapsee further said, “We are not morons. We are not illiterates to lose our cool on video without reason. I refuse to accept I was disrespectful to anyone. I was calm I kept smiling respectfully although that gentleman did not respect me at all. He kept making faces at me and he talked to me in a very derogatory tone. I did not want to retaliate. I folded my hands and accepted whatever he had to say.”

4. Shehnaaz Gill slams media for her dating rumours:

The Bigg Boss 13 contestant was recently linked with choreographer Raghav Juyal. However, in a recent event, Shehnaaz Gill was asked about her rumoured dating relationship, to which she slammed the media and said, “Media jhoot kyun bolti hai? Media har bar jhoot bolti hai and kuch bi bolti hai. Hum kisi ke saath khade ho jayein ya kisi ke saath ghum lein toh relation mein hai? Nahin na toh bas, media fizool bolti hai. Ab main hyper ho jayungi” (Why does media lie everytime? If we are spotted with someone, then we are meant to be in a relationship? It isn’t true.).

5. Raju Srivastava health update:

Raju Srivastava is currently under treatment at AIIMS in Delhi. The comedian had suffered a heart attack while working out in a gym. Earlier, there were rumours that Raju was brain dead. Later, Raju’s wife and his manager rubbished the rumours and requested fans to pray for him. Now, Raju Srivastava’s younger brother Deepu Srivastava has said that the prayers of his fans are being heard. He added that the comedian is recovering and doctors are doing their best. He called his brother ‘fighter’.
