The team of Anees Bazmee’s ‘Mubarakan’ has been promoting their movie in full swing. As a part of their promotional spree, the ‘Mubarakan’ family met a real life Gujarati family. Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and director Anees Bazmee surprised a Gujarati family in Ahmedabad by showing up at their doorstep. The big joint family was in a state of disbelief to see Arjun Kapoor and Anil Kapoor enter their house personally to meet them. The ‘Mubarakan’ team was treated with good hospitality by the family. A celebratory cake was cut by the team of ‘Mubarakan’ to mark their visit. Arjun Kapoor expressed his love for Gujarati delicacies and they savoured on some yummy Gujarati dishes. Clearly, the family was extremely happy to offer a warm welcome to the actors.

The movie also stars Ileana D’cruz and Athiya Shetty who weren’t a part of this surprise celebration. Directed by Anees Bazmee, ‘Mubarakan’ is produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and is all set to release on 28th July 2017.
