Satish Kaushik
Actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik died at the age of 66 in Gurugram on March 8. Known for his work in over 100 films, the actor-filmmaker suffered a heart attack. He was visiting his friend in Gurugram when his health deteriorated and he asked his driver to take him to hospital. However, he suffered a heart attack on the way in the car and could not be saved.

Vaibhavi Upadhyaya
Popular TV actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya breathed her last on May 22 after she met with a car accident. She was 32 years old. The incident took place in Himachal Pradesh’s Banjar where she was travelling along with her fiance, Jay Suresh Gandhi. Vaibhavi Upadhyaya was known for playing the role of Jasmine in the TV show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.
Nitesh Pandey
Nitesh passed away at the age of 51 on 23 May due to a cardiac arrest. The actor was shooting in Igatpuri and was found dead in his room all of sudden. He was last seen in popular tv show Anupama.
Dinesh Phadnis
CID actor Fredricks AKA Dinesh Phadnis died at the age of 57 on 5th December. He was suffering from extensive liver damage and was even on ventilator. The news of his death was confirmed by Co-star Dayanand Shetty.
Naeem Sayyed aka Jr Mehmood
Veteran actor Junior Mehmood died after a long battle with stage four stomach cancer. He was 67 years old. Mehmood died in the early hours of December 8, at around 2 am.

Bishan Singh Bedi
Former India captain and legendary spinner Bishan Singh Bedi passed away on October 23 at the age of 77. He was battling age-related illnesses and had undergone a few surgeries in recent years. He was last seen alongside son Angad Bedi in R Balki’s Ghoomer which was interestingly based on cricket.
Aditya Singh Rajput
Splitsvilla 9 contestant Aditya Singh Rajput was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his Andheri home on 22 May 2023. The 36-year-old actor-model died after he allegedly slipped and fell in the bathroom of his residence. He reportedly passed away due to drug overdose.
Pamela Chopra
Pamela Chopra, wife of late filmmaker Yash Chopra, passed away on 20th April in Mumbai. She was 74. Pamela was the mother of YRF head Aditya Chopra and actor Uday Chopra.

Veteran actor Satinder Kumar Khosla, popularly known by his stage name Birbal passed away on September 12. Popularly known for his stint in Sholay, the actor died due to cardiac arrest.
Akhil Mishra
Popularly known for playing the role of librarian Dubey in Aamir Khan’s film ‘3 Idiots’, actor Akhil Mishra passed away on September 21, leaving the entire industry shocked and stunned. His wife and German actress Suzanne Bernert had confirmed that he died after falling on the kitchen floor. The actor was unwell also for some time due to blood pressure-related issues.
