Accuser Drops Beyonce, Jay-Z’s Names From Sean Diddy Combs Sexual Assualt Lawsuit

In his initial complaint, Manzaro alleged that he was drugged and brought to the Estefans’ home on Star Island. He was seen in an altered state by Gloria Estefan, who reportedly called for an ambulance. However, Manzaro claimed that Emilio Estefan intervened and took her away. It was the same place where Combs’ son, Christian, was celebrating his birthday.

The lawsuit detailed that Manzaro was paraded at another party while forced to wear a mask. He described the event as a freak-off where he was subjected to degrading and non-consensual acts. Lawyers for Jay-Z and Beyonce provided proof that the couple was not at the party. The evidence collected was a 2015 article from the NYU newspaper indicating that Jay-Z was attending a different event at the university. Additionally, photos published by The Daily Mail showed the couple vacationing in Hawaii shortly after the alleged incident. The new lawsuit however has LeBron James’ name.

Jay-Z And Combs’ Attorney Statements

Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, emphasized in a statement to PEOPLE that Jay-Z was not in Florida during the incident. His statement was, “He was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event.” Meanwhile, Combs’ legal team has categorically denied the allegations. And he further labelled the complaint as a desperate attempt for attention and monetary gain. They asserted, “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story”. He expressed confidence in their ability to defend Diddy in court.
