BTS member Jimin was recently diagonised with acute appendicitis after experiencing a stomanach ache. As per the health update shared by the label, Jimin underwent surgery for the same. He has also tested COVID 19 positive. The singer who has been recuperating has now shared his first post from the hospital for the ARMY’

BTS: Jimin has shared a new post on Weverse informing his concerned fans about his health.

Taking to fan community forum Weverse on Wednesday, Jimin shared that he is “recovering well” and “will be able to leave the hospital soon.”

Jimin wrote, “I’m so sorry to make everyone worried But seems like I can be discharged from the hospital soon! Recovery is going well and I take care of all 3 meals too? Please wait for just a moment I will recover quickly

His fans were delighted to hear the news. “Get well really soon,” wrote one fan. Another fan wrote, “Jimin, we miss you.” and soon took to social media to wish him well.

Earlier this week, BTS’ agency Big Hit Music had issued a statement on Weverse, “Jimin experienced sudden abdominal pain along with a mild sore throat on January 30 in the afternoon. He visited a hospital emergency room for a thorough examination, and also took a PCR test. Jimin was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and was tested positive for Covid-19. He underwent surgery following physician advice early morning on Monday, January 31. ”
