South Korean band BTS has earned three nominations for the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards. The Awards will be held on March 22 in Los Angeles. The hit band has been nominated in three major categories: The Best Duo/Group of the Year, Best Fan Army and Best Music Video for its 2021 Billboard-topping song ‘Butter.’

In last year event, BTS had won three out of the four nominations. Best Fan Army, Best Music Video for its 2020 hit ‘Dynamite’ and Best Music Video Choreographer for choreographer Son Sung-deuk’s work on ‘Dynamite.’

This year, the Bangtan boys are in the race with Bruno Mars, Anderson. Paak, Silk Sonic; Dan + Shay; and Maroon 5 for the Best Duo/Group of the Year!

In the Best Music Video category, BTS’s ‘Butter’ is up against Ed Sheeran’s ‘Bad Habits’, Bella Poarch’s ‘Build a B*tch’; Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘drivers license’; Doja Cat’s ‘Kiss Me More’ (featuring SZA); Bruno Mars, Anderson. Paak, Also Silk Sonic’s ‘Leave the Door Open’; Lil Nas X’s ‘MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name)’; Justin Bieber’s ‘Peaches’ (featuring Daniel Caesar and Giveon); The Weeknd’s’Save Your Tears’; and The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber’s ‘Stay.’

For the Best Fan Army award this year, the septet will be competing against Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Megan Thee Stallion, Why Don’t We, Olivia Rodrigo, Louis Tomlinson, Big Time Rush, Selena Gomez, and Taylor Swift.

The Best Fan Army and Best Music Video are decided according to fan votes. Voting for this year’s awards will end on March 15 at 11:59 pm ET.

The 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air live on March 22 at 8 pm ET.
