Designer files molestation case against singer Mika Singh

Singer Mika Singh seldom stays out of controversies. And the singer has again embroiled into one. A 32-year old designer lodged a police complaint against Mika alleging that he assaulted her.

As per the police sources, Mika and the model knew each other since before and on Tuesday morning the victim had visited the singer’s residence. “There they reportedly entered in some heated argument after which there was a scuffle between them, alleged the victim in her complaint. The victim later approached Versova police station and lodged a complaint against the singer,” said an officer from Versova police station.

We got our hands on a video where the concerned woman claims that Mika molested him and so she did this to him, to ‘teach him’.

The police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) and 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code. “We are conducting inquiries into the allegations made by the victim, a Juhu resident and would decide next course of action after the completion of inquiry,” the officer said.

In 2006, Rakhi Sawant too had lodged a police complaint against Mika after he kissed her during her birthday bash. He had also slapped a Delhi based doctor during a concert in Delhi.
