Priyanka Chopra on 'Udta Punjab'

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra on Friday supported Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Udta Punjab’ and said creativity should not be curbed in democracy.

“I don’t think creativity should be stopped and controlled in a democracy. It is either in scenes or title of the film. It is something that should be set free. Our forefathers achieved freedom of speech and expression after a long struggle,” Priyanka told media here.

When asked about the controversy over Hindi film ‘Udta Punjab’, she said that the censor board is a “certification body and not censor”.
