Salman Khan spends only 10% of money on himself!

While whatever it be, it is said that Salman only uses 10% of his earning to spend on himself. Rest all goes for savings and charity. Sister Alvira had once said, "He doesn't even know how much money he has and is completely detached from money."

Apparently, while shooting for the film ‘Veer’, Salman gifted the producer of that film Rs 30 Lakh car for no reason. It was the same producer who sued the actor with a defamation case. Post the release of ‘Veer’, a controversy broke out when Salman claimed that the producer of this film stills owes him his fee amount of Rs 15 crore. Post this, Vijay Galani counter attacked him by file a Rs 250 crore defamation case against Salman Khan.

Being a spending thief!

But despite this, he was known for spending extensively on his friends and girlfriends. A lot of people apparently even took advantage of Salman’s generous behaviour. Salman Khan’s drinking habit too has a reason behind this. One of the case is of Salman Khan gifting his ‘Veer’ producer Vijay Galani car as a gift when drunk.

Till quite recently, Salim Khan was the only one to look after Salman’s finances. Reports state that as soon as he would get a cheque, he would hand it over to his father. In fact, his sister Alvira had revealed that he had not signed a single cheque till the time he was 48.

When Salim Khan slapped Salman Khan!

When Salman Khan received his token amount of Rs 5000 for his film ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’, he wanted to buy a bike. As he was one crazy bike lover, Salman wanted to own one of the Yamaha bikes and he went to his father with the proposal. But, Salim Khan in turn refused to buy a bike for him and being the angry Salman Khan, the actor burnt the amount. Following this, apparently Salim Khan gave him a tight slap stating that he has no value for money. Since then, Salim Khan took the charge of Salman’s finances.

For ages, Salman Khan has owned that image of being a spoilt brat, with a threshold of starry tantrums. But, keeping this aside, we were quite shocked to know that, despite being such a big star, his money is still handled by his father! We can’t forget that episode on ‘Comedy Night’s with Kapil’ when Salman revealed that all the money is still handled by his father and he just gets a small amount to use from the money that he earns. But well, there’s a story behind this. Salim Khan took all the power in his hands, because Salman apparently had no value for money.
