Harshvardhan Kapoor

Actor Harshvardhan Kapoor who made his debut in Bollywood with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s ‘Mirzya’ opposite Saiyami Kher surely got noticed for his debut performance. Even though, the movie did not fare well at the box office, this newbie surely got acclaim. But when you belong to a celeb family, you have to live with the baggage of being a celeb who had it all easy in films, thanks to the filmy lineage. Same is the case with this Kapoor lad who is always asked about his easy beginnings in Bollywood, as he is the son of senior actor Anil Kapoor.

But Harshvardhan has a different take on this topic. He spoke about the same with a popular daily, “No producer wants to lose money and no director wants to make a bad film. I don’t think those things apply to my films. And I’m not influenced by anyone. I’m on my own when it comes to acting and I would like to mark my niche when it comes to making a mark in the world of acting.”

I’ve grown up watching Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.” He further added, “Cinema was always on my mind. Acting, I decided when I was between 18 and 24-year-old. I was in college where I was studying screen writing and acting. Some of the classes there made me believe that I had the knack and it was something I could do.”

On the professional front, Harsh will next be seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Bhavesh Joshi’.
