Good news for Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna’s fans as the duo is coming together for a film. It is tentatively titled Thalapathy 66 and it’s their first movie together. Both Vijay and Rashmika enjoy a huge fan base and this news will for sure make their fans excited. Rashmika is celebrating her 26th birthday today and the makers of Thalapathy 66 announced the news by welcoming the actress on board officially. National Award-Winning director Vamshi Paidipally will direct the film and it is jointly bankrolled by Dil Raju and Shirish of Sri Venkateswara Creations. by Sri Venkateshwara Creations.

Sharing a photo, the makers wrote, “Wishing the talented and gorgeous @iamRashmika a very Happy Birthday! Welcome onboard #Thalapathy66@actorvijay @directorvamshi #RashmikaJoinsThalapathy66.” Rashmika shared it on her Twitter handle and wrote, “What can possibly be a better birthday gift?”

Rashmika has a plethora of movies lined up. She is also making her Bollywood debut with Mission Majnu with Sidharth Malhotra. She also has Goodbye with Amitabh Bachchan.
