Ribbhu Mehra Wraps Up Harshad Chopra-Shivangi Joshi’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain 4; Says, “It Was A Small Yet Beautiful Journey”

Actor Ribbhu Mehra wrapped up his shoots for his show “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 4”, featuring Shivangi Joshi and Harshad Chopda in the lead, as it is going off air. Ribbhu, who is currently seen as the parallel lead in the show, as Nikhil.

He said, “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, the fourth season of the popular TV franchise, has been winning hearts with its unique take on romance and family drama.” The actor shared, “Well, I always knew that Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Naya Season was a finite show. After the twist where my character Nikhil was introduced in a love triangle, the story did pick up pace, and the TRPs increased too. The story was going great; however, it came as a surprise to me that the channel decided to pull the plug on the show, as I got so many messages from fans as to why it was not given an extension.”

He further added, “There are people who have been trending the show, and viewers have loved the storyline. People on the internet have also been tagging the channel for the same. Nevertheless, it was a small yet beautiful journey, and I enjoyed shooting with the entire team. Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopda are fabulous actors and so are the directors. I definitely feel that the show should have got an extension, but the decision was not in our favour.”

Mehra says the last few days of shooting were the most special. “Apparently today is the last day of my shoot and it’s really heartbreaking. To be honest, the last four-five days were when all of us actually bonded so well because there were a lot of combination scenes. It has been fun, and I’m really looking forward to working with the same team again, hopefully very soon,” he concludes.

Ribbhu has earlier been a part of popular shows such as Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai, Kumkum Bhagya, and My Name Ijj Lakhan, to name just a few.
