Karan Johar rang in his 50th birthday with a lavish bash which was held at Yash Raj Studios. The filmmaker celebrated his birthday with his Bollywood besties including Kareena Kapoor Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor and others. The actors turned up at the gala affair in their fashionable best giving us the best and worst dressed for the evening.

Best and Worst Dressed at Karan Johar’s birthday bash

Shanaya Kapoor, Lakshya Lalwani and Gurfateh Singh Pirzada

Shanaya Kapoor arrived in a Giovanni D black cutout dress with her hair in a sleek bun and diamond-studded jewellery. This was by far one of the best looks we have seen Shanaya in and the actress was slaying. Along with sexy Shanaya were her Bedhadak co-stars Gurfateh Singh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani. While Gurfateh made a statement in his bold floral embroidered suit, Lakshya took over, looking dapper in a black suit with white detailing.

Kriti Sanon

Kriti looked ravishing in a heavily sequined Surya Sarkar red dress. While her Tuula jewellery rings and earrings complemented her look very well. But bringing the fashionable parade to a screeching halt were her black strappy heels.

We also saw Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actress Tabu at Karan’s birthday bash and she won hearts with her effortless style. She kept it simple in a royal blue Manish Malhotra saree paired with drop earrings. Tabu oozed elegance in this one.

Kiara Advani and Varun Dhawan

Slaying it at Karan Johar’s birthday bash was Kiara Advani who arrived in a Jacquemus and Monisha Jaising ensemble. The actress wore a white oversized blazer with a sexy silver sequined mini skirt and completed the look with strappy sky-high heels. We’re absolutely in love with this look. Also seen with Kiara was her Jugjugg Jeyo co-star Varun Dhawan. The actor failed to impress with his loud silver blazer ensemble. It was not something which we haven’t already seen him in.
