Bigg Boss 20, streaming on JioHotstar and airing on Colors, continues the tension from the previous Weekend Ka Vaar as Salman Khan’s conversations with the housemates leave several equations under scrutiny. After Qazi Touqeer was called out over his clash with Kanika Mann and the housemates were urged to stop playing safe and show their real personalities, the focus shifts to the dynamics within the house. As the new day unfolds, relationships, loyalties and individual gameplay come under the scanner through a series of tasks and candid conversations.
Bigg Boss 20 Day 29 Highlights
Salman Teases Qazi Touqeer and Uditi Singh Over ‘Dil Todne’
Salman Khan asks Uditi, “Dil todne ka kya kaaran hota hai? Kya wahi kaaran hota hai?” while teasing Uditi. Uditi responds, “Sir, bahut kaaran hote hain.” Salman then jokingly tells Qazi, “Ek samundar chhupa hua hai tumhare andar, kitne samundar?” Qazi quickly clarifies, “Nahi nahi sir, pyaar toh wife se hi hai.” Salman continues the banter, saying that Qazi’s wife must be watching him 24×7 and would understand his every intention and expression.
Uditi Singh Questions If Qazi Touqeer-Maahi Vij’s Bond Is More About the Game Than Love
When asked which relationship in the house is playing more of a game than being about love, Uditi says she feels Qazi and Maahi’s equation is one such relationship. She says, “Mujhe lagta hai ki Qazi ji agar kabhi bhi kuch bhi karte hain toh Maahi ji usse bahut encourage karti hain.” Maahi clarifies that she does not encourage Qazi, saying she instead explains things to him privately and asks him not to embarrass anyone. She adds that she had also told him not to repeatedly continue the Kanika matter.
Shayari Task Brings Hidden Digs To The Fore
A task begins where contestants have to guess which housemate each audience-perspective shayari is referring to. Maahi dedicates a shayari about someone being a “sasti copy” to Yung DSA and, when asked whose copy she meant, names MC Stan.
Another shayari about masculinity and moustaches is identified by Gullu as being for Aasif, while Yung feels a shayari about old tactics not working in a new place is directed at Maahi. Another shayari about someone being sensitive even to a small touch leads Amrapali to call Uditi the “chuimui” of the house. Uditi says she feels the shayari is about her being over-emotional at times, while Amrapali says it is because of her “do not touch me” behaviour.
‘Mute’ Task Puts Housemates On The Spot
A task begins where Salman Khan asks the housemates to come one by one and put tape over the mouth of the contestant whose voice they find irritating or whose words they feel are pointless. Scout chooses Qazi, saying he says illogical things, while Yung chooses Maahi, saying that whatever Qazi says, Maahi always defends him.
Aasif chooses Love, saying she speaks throughout the day and then complains that others do not let her speak. Maahi chooses Yung, saying, “Ye bina baat ke bajta hai, saamne aake baat nahi karta.” Qazi chooses Scout, saying, “Ab tere ko logic dunga.”
Arishfa chooses Qazi, saying she feels that since she said something this week, he has been taking it in the wrong way and later asked her to “chup-chup.” Uditi chooses Love, saying she starts getting irritating, while Aman also chooses Love, saying she goes below the belt. Gullu chooses Arishfa, saying she never stays quiet. Kanika chooses Qazi, saying his drama has become irritating, while Mary chooses Maahi over their Pagoda fight. Amrapali also chooses Qazi, saying he triggers everyone. Love chooses Aman.
Maahi Vij & Yung DSA Clash Over The ‘Vakeel’ Tag
Maahi says she loved being called a “vakeel” for her friends, saying she enjoys standing up for them both inside and outside the house. Yung DSA jokes that while Maahi is the “vakeel” for her friends, he makes his friends CEOs.
The light banter soon turns into a heated exchange, with Maahi asking Yung to come and speak to her directly instead of “idhar-udhar bhatakne.” The two continue exchanging sharp words, with Maahi also calling out his language.
‘Ulta Teer’ Task Puts Group Dynamics Under the Spotlight
Salman introduces the ‘Ulta Teer’ activity, where contestants have to identify the member of their own group who they feel could negatively impact the group and place an arrow on their face. Yung DSA chooses Aasif, saying that he sometimes gets aggressive while speaking and, even when someone tries to resolve the issue, he continues to raise his tone. Scout OP also chooses Aasif, saying he gets angry quickly, is emotion-driven and needs to learn to consider both sides when someone approaches him to sort things out.
Aasif chooses Love, saying she speaks throughout the day and then complains that others do not let her speak. Love responds that Aasif does not give others a chance either, adding that everyone is in the house to speak and should create their own opportunity. The exchange continues as the host points out that if someone repeatedly tries to resolve a disagreement, the other person can at least speak to them directly once. The moment leaves group dynamics under discussion, with Aasif joking that there is barely any space left on their faces to place another arrow.
Salman Khan Hits Back at Aasif Over His Repeated ‘Din Bhar Bolti Hai’ Remark
This Weekend Ka Vaar epsiode saw a tense conversation between Salman Khan, Aasif and LoveGill after Aasif once again raised an issue with LoveGill’s way of communicating inside the house. His repeated complaint that LoveGill “din bhar bolti hai” became the centre of the discussion, prompting Salman Khan to respond.
Aasif told Salman, “Sir, mera teer Love ko dena chahta hoon. Ye din bhar bolti hai, phir kehti hai mujhe bolne nahi dete.” Aasif appeared to put forward his grievance against LoveGill, claiming that she speaks continuously and then says that others do not allow her to express herself. However, Salman Khan pointed out that Aasif had been making the same argument repeatedly. Reacting to his statement, Salman said, “Tumhe baar-baar bole ja rahe hai aur kab se, kal se same dialogue bole ja rahe ho. Lagao Love ke mathe par teer.”
Salman’s remark shifted the direction of the conversation, as he questioned Aasif’s repeated focus on the same issue. Instead of letting the discussion remain limited to LoveGill’s behaviour, Salman highlighted how Aasif had been bringing up the same point again and again. LoveGill then got the opportunity to explain her side. Addressing Salman, she said that Aasif does not give her enough opportunity to speak before complaining that she talks too much. She said, “Sir, Aasif ji, kyunki ye mauka hi nahi dete ki aap sunte nahi ki main zyada bolti hoon.”
LoveGill further added that the contestants have not entered the Bigg Boss house to remain silent. She said, “Unko lag raha hai main zyada bolti hoon, toh hum yahan pe chup rehne nahi aaye hain. Hum agar aapko mauka toh aap bhi bolo.”
