EXCLUSIVE: KKK 11 contestant Abhinav Shukla on Nikki Tamboli’s brother succumbing to COVID: She is coping up

Nikki Tamboli is going through the toughest times of her life. The Bigg Boss 14 contestant received the ‘biggest shock’ of her life as her brother succumbed to COVID 19. Yes, Nikki’s 29-year-old brother, Jatin Tamboli, passed away due to COVID, leaving the family in a void. While Nikki is reeling in pain, the actress has gathered herself for a new journey in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11. Along with her, we have her BB 14 co-contestant Abhinav Shukla participating in the show too.

Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla shared a great camaraderie with Nikki Tamboli in Bigg Boss 14. Their friendship continued even after the reality show. We, at Bollywood Bubble, recently got in touch with Abhinav to know about his preparations for KKK 11. We also asked Abhinav Shukla if he got in touch with Nikki Tamboli after the unfortunate incident took place. Sharing an update on how Nikki is managing things, Abhinav told us that she is ‘coping up’ with the situation.

“She is okay, she is good. Of course, it is a big loss. Her brother was very young, so it is a big loss. It will take time. Time heals everything, it will take time. All we can do is lend her any support or help that she needs,” Abhinav Shukla shared.

Meanwhile, Nikki bid an emotional farewell to her brother. She also revealed that she lost her grandmother too within 14 days to the deadly virus. Mourning the demise of Nikki’s brother, Abhinav had written, “So sorry for the loss Nikki, accept my heartfelt condolences. I am sure he has left us with memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Be strong!”

The Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 team includes Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, Rahul Vaidya, Shweta Tiwari, Arjun Bijlani, Varun Sood, and others. The show is being shot in Cape Town (South Africa) and participants have already left for the shoot.
