nimrit kaur ahluwalia, priyanka chahar chaudhary, bigg boss 16

Actor Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia becomes the latest contestant to get evicted from the Bigg Boss 16 house. The actor has gained immense love and appreciation for her gameplay as well as for her personality. However, the one thing she was grabbing attention for was her equation with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary.

She is often seen locking horns with Priyanka on several occasions regardless of how much they try to bury the hatchet. Well, speaking about their equation, during an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Nimrit was asked why there’s no friendship between them.

Nimrit on Priyanka’s behaviour:

The Choti Sarrdaarni actor told us, “We in some aspects are similar that’s also when the clash happens. in some aspects, we are not so similar. there were times when I tried really hard for myself side and I genuinely say this I wouldn’t otherwise admit it I would try to be nice to her at the end of the day we come from the same space and there’s a sort of a certain connection. but she would end up sitting on the sidelines and passing judgments on a situation and cut to when she would be in somebody else’s shoes whom she was judging and she would do the same thing and then she would have a justification that sort of contradiction is something that bothered me the most. If Ankit (Gupta) is there then I can’t do this just because you have a romantic equation or love, love can also be friendship, love can be anything right? it can be any definition so how do you know that Sajid sir and Sumbul (Touqeer Khan) didn’t have that bond? Sumbul used to have the maximum conversations with Sajid.

I don’t know in two hours what and how much are you guys seeing but we saw it. I know he was first so protective towards her and he always said to her this place is not for you, please go home. you need to be around people who are your age. and then when she chose him and she thought that he was going to let her work that was the week Sajid nominated. So, she felt that Sajid would let her go because he himself said to her that this place is not meant for her and it was from a very protective space. now cut to all of a sudden, this girl gives him the responsibility and he felt responsible for her and he obviously felt responsible for her because there was a connection. just because they are not love birds and there’s a different kind of a bond in a friendship, you end up judging that and when you put in the same shoes then it’s okay,” Nimrit continued.

“When I would see these contradictions happening on convenience, I could not relate so she’s not a bad girl she’s a Fab girl and I’m a Fab girl.” When asked if there’s any scope for friendship, Nimrit took time to answer but firmly said, ‘NO.’

I mean maybe I’ve never seen ever truly believe in that because the moment you say this can never happen cut to it happens. I’ll never say, ‘oh we can never be friends or whatever’ but I just feel that the way she had her approach towards the show she would already always say that… when I compare my journey, day one you don’t have any support system you, don’t have any best friend or girlfriend there. she had that for 12 weeks, that was such a boost anybody would want to want to have that and then she would be like you never played alone. (I was like) bro, I stepped here alone, I knew how alone has been here. There would be contradictions but never say never, you never know we all three of us could chill,” the Bigg Boss 16 contestant concluded.
