Gauahar Khan remembers her late father, says 'you were everything for me'

Gauahar Khan lost her father a month ago. He passed away on March 5 in a Mumbai hospital. Gauahar along with Zaid Darbar and family took charge of ensuring the funeral took place keeping all precautions in mind. As it had been a month since Gauahar Khan lost her father, she remembered him by sharing a picture of him and reiterated that she misses him a lot. She wrote, “1 month today. I miss you sooo much papa. I love you so much. u were everything to me.” Gauahar was very close to her father.

Gauahar also shared a post that read, “Most stylish man I ever came across . most Charming , a favourite of whoever had the fortune of meeting him , a talker strong enough to convince anyone for anything , a brave heart who lived life on his terms , self made , strong , the most loving father Ever . Alhamdulillah that I am your daughter #ZafarAhmedKhan . U are my all . ?♥️ I miss you terribly with every breath I take . ? may Allah bless you in heaven . Ameen.”

Gauahar Khan was recently accused of flouting Covid-19 protocols by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). BMC had alleged that Gauahar was shooting despite testing positive for Covid 19. They also filed an FIR against her. Shortly, in a statement issued by Gauahar’s team, it was clarified that Gauahar had tested negative. But, the actress was banned by the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) for two months and was reportedly asked to be in institutional quarantine till March 24. The ban was later lifted off.

Meanwhile, after the unfortunate demise of her father earlier in March, Gauahar Khan had shared an emotional note where she called him her “hero.” Her emotional post read, “My Hero . No man like u , Ever! My father has passed , to the ever after as an Angel . Alhamdulillah. His passing away was a testament to his beautiful life n the best soul he was . Forever My Pappa . I love you oh so much . I am sooooo much of you Pappa . N yet can never ever be even a percent of your magnanimous personality.” She added, “#MyForeverShiningStar Keep him in your prayers please.”
