According to a report in Hindustan Times, NCB has challenged magisterial court’s order and sought judicial custody of Bharti and Harsh. The agency stated that they need to interrogate Limbachiyaa to find the sources of drugs found at his office and residence.

Last month, the agency had seized 86.5 grams of Ganja from the couple’s residence and office, following which they were grilled for several hours and later arrested on November 21.

Bharti and Haarsh were later granted bail by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court on a personal bond of Rs 15, 000 each. NCB has now requested the special NDPS court to allow them to take the couple in its custody for interrogation.

The same report stated the special court has issued notice to Haarsh and Bharti and the matter is likely to be heard next week.
