EXCLUSIVE: Nikhil Chinapa REACTS To Kushal Tandon’s ‘Bully’ Tag, Slams Latter’s Smartness; Says, “Don’t Teach Me How Reality Shows Are Made”

After his exit from The Alliance, Nikhil Chinapa has opened up about Kushal Tandon’s “bully” image and the gameplay. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, he called Kushal’s actions self-inflicted. Nikhil said he feels sorry for him and believes the actor ended up harming his own game. He revealed an unaired conversation in which Kushal tried to explain reality show tactics to him. Nikhil Chinapa Reflects On Kushal Tandon’s Bully Tag

When asked about Kushal Tandon and his ‘Bully’ tag, Nikhil Chinapa said, “I really do feel bad for that guy. There’s a saying in English: ‘If you make your bed, you have to lie in it.’ Or as we say, ‘As you sow, so shall you reap.’ Whatever seeds you plant, that’s the crop you’ll eventually harvest. He’s basically done this to himself. He thinks he’s really smart, but he doesn’t understand that first Reeva manipulated him, then Arsalan manipulated him. There was also one instance, which wasn’t shown in the episode. He came to me after I spoke about something regarding Sohail and Seema.”

Nikhil added, “He said, ‘See how easily you got triggered? That’s how reality shows work.’ I started laughing. I said, ‘Kushal bhai, I’ve been making reality shows for 19 years. When reality shows were just starting in India, I was part of the team that created some of the earliest formats. So please don’t teach me how reality shows are made or how they work. I know all about that.’ I genuinely feel bad because he thinks he’s really smart. Maybe he is in other situations, but in this game, he’s doing himself more harm than good.”

Kushal Tandon has faced widespread backlash from viewers and fellow contestants for his aggressive, overbearing behaviour on Alliance, with multiple co-stars explicitly labelling him a “bully”. Since the show’s premiere, his intense arguments and controlling demeanour have positioned him as one of the most controversial figures in the house.
