‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ finale: Rupsa Batabyal walks away with the grand prize
Kolkata’s 6-year-old contestant Rupsa Batabyal has won the ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3‘ finale. The young girl enthralled the audience and the judges alike with her amazing dancing skills. Rupsa’s effort and hard work has finally paid off. The young girl walked away with a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh while her guru Nishant Bhat received Rs 5 lakh for grooming her.
Rupsa Batabyal bagged the trophy leaving behind four other contestants – Saksham Sharma, Tejas Verma, Jaishree Gogoi and Gourav Sarwan. The show’s judges – Anurag Basu, Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Geeta Kapur were more than happy with Rupsa’s win. Congratulating Rupsa on her win, Shilpa even took to her Insta stories and shared an endearing picture of the lil girl.
When the winners were announced, Rupsa and her Guru simply couldn’t stop their tears. They expressed their gratitude as they went on to lift the trophy.
After bagging the trophy, Rupsa (sharing her happiness) told India Today, “It feels really nice and I am very happy to have won the trophy of ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3′. I will continue dancing because I love it. I look forward to going home to Kolkata and celebrating with my entire family.”
