Shraddha Kapoor’s ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ to not lock horns with ‘Stree’ at the box office?

2018 can be regarded as the year-of-clashes for Bollywood. Films have been locking with each other at the box office since the first month of the year. A few days back, a similar news had surfaced that Shraddha Kapoor’s two movies ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ and ‘Stree’ will be pitting against ‘Rajma Chawal’ on August 31.

A source close to DNA said,”It doesn’t make sense to have two films of an actor coming on the same day. So, while ‘Stree’ will release on August 31, ‘BGMC’ will come in September, the final release date will be locked by the producers in a few days.”

Though we believe it to be true, we all need to wait for the official announcement from the makers of ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’. And even while ‘Stree’ will not be clashing with ‘BGMC’, it will still have to face competition from ‘Rajma Chawal’.
