The film was initially expected to release on the weekend of Rakshabandhan and was announced to be August 28. The change aims to give Eetha ample space to attract a larger audience and maximise its box office potential. The teaser for Eetha was released in June this year, garnering praise for its compelling music score and revealing glimpses of Shraddha Kapoor’s intense portrayal. The film has generated significant buzz among fans and industry insiders alike.

Eetha is a biographical musical drama directed by Laxman Utekar. He will be reuniting with producer Dinesh Vijan after their previous successful collaborations. Shraddha Kapoor will portray the legendary Marathi Lavani and Tamasha artist Vithabai Narayangaonkar. She is all set to bring her character’s vibrant story to life on the big screen.
