Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Drug peddler in NCB’s custody confesses knowing Rhea Chakroborty’s brother Showik?

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is currently being investigated by three agencies- Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). With each passing day, some shocking revelations are being made. The latest buzz suggests that a drug peddler, who is in the custody of NCB, has confessed to knowing Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik.

According to a report by Republic TV, NCB arrested two drug peddlers on Tuesday and one of them has allegedly admitted to knowing Rhea’s brother Showik. Looks like there’s more trouble in store for Rhea and her family.

The same report also stated that NCB seized 3.5 kgs of marijuana after conducting raids in Mumbai and Delhi. Reportedly these drugs were sourced from aboard for Bollywood’s ‘page 3’ celebrities.

Based on the findings of ED, NCB had filed a case under sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. They had booked Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Jaya Saha, Shruti Modi and Gaurav Arya for their alleged dealings in banned drugs. Later, NCB even registered a criminal case against Rhea.

All three agencies’ investigation has intensified. Earlier today, Rhea’s parents were grilled by CBI. They have previously questioned the actress and her brother. Sushant’s associates and home staff were also interrogated. Meanwhile, ED grilled Goa-based hotelier, Gaurav Arya.
