The film marks Riddhima’s acting debut alongside Kapil Sharma and Neetu Kapoor, ahead of its May 8 release. The makers of Daadi Ki Shaadi recently held a special screening attended by several members of the film fraternity. However, it was Khan’s reaction after watching the film that became one of the biggest highlights of the evening.

In a video now doing the rounds on social media, Aamir said, “This is Riddhima’s first film, and she has done a fantastic job. She was even better than Ranbir Kapoor. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My best wishes to the entire team, well done, guys.”

Riddhima On The Advice She Got From Ranbir

Ahead of the film’s release, Riddhima revealed that she received important advice from her younger brother Ranbir. She said, “I spoke to Ranbir before starting. His biggest advice was to stay honest in front of the camera. He told me to trust my instincts and just live the character rather than perform it, and that really stayed with me.”
