Abhishek Bachchan convinces Anurag Kashyap to avoid Manmarziyaan's clash with Paltan

Abhishek Bachchan will be returning to the big screen after a long time. There were several reports around Abhishek Bachchan’s comeback film. One such movie was JP Dutta’s ‘Paltan’.

According to early reports, Abhishek Bachchan was going to return to Bollywood with mentor JP Dutta’s ‘Paltan’. However, Abhishek walked out of the project after signing Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Manmarziyaan’. For the uninitiated, Abhishek had made his debut with JP Dutta’s ‘Refugee’ in 2000.

If new reports are to be believed, Abhishek Bachchan has convinced director Anurag Kashyap to avoid the clash with ‘Paltan’. However, there is no official confirmation regarding the same but if the clash is avoided, both the films will have a smooth run at the box office.

Abhishek Bachchan was last seen in ‘Housefull 3’ which released in 2016. ‘Manmarziyaan’, also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in lead roles. Apart from these two films, Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez’s ‘Drive’ will also hit the theaters on 7th September,
