Aishwarya Rai Bachchan recently delivered a terrific performance in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan 2. Abhishek Bachchan took to Twitter and showered praises on wife Aishwarya Rai. Abhishek, who is known to speak his mind, also gave a classy reply to a fan who asked him to let his wife Aishwarya Rai ‘sign more movies’.

Reacting to Abhishek’s tweet, a Twitter user wrote, “As you should! Now let her sign more movies and you take care of Aaradhya.” To this, Abhishek replied, “Let her sign?? Sir, she certainly doesn’t need my permission to do anything. Especially something she loves.”

Directed by Mani Ratnam, Ponniyin Selvan 2 also stars Vikram, Trisha Krishnan, Jayam Ravi, and Sobhita Dhulipala among others.
