Abhishek Bachchan seeks blessings at Tirupati Balaji as Paa Amitabh Bachchan turns 80

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is celebrating his 80th birthday on October 11. On Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday son Abhishek Bachchan visited the holy Tirupati Balaji temple to seek blessings for his Paa. The Dasvi star also took part in the darshan rituals on Tuesday morning. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams officials honoured Abhishek, Anil, Tina, and Nina with silk cloth and presented them with ‘tirth prasad’.

Abhishek Bachchan was accompanied by industrialist Anil Ambani, his wife Tina Ambani, and younger sister Nina Kothari. The four of them participated in Balaji Suprabhata Seva, Tomala Seva, and Archana Seva. After their darshan, Vedic scholars offered them blessings in Ranganayak Mandap.

Abhishek, Anil, Tina, and Nina were accommodated in the Sri Padmavathi Guest House area at Sri Krishna guest house in Tirumala, the spiritual town in Andhra Pradesh.

Amitabh Bachchan & Abhishek Bachchan share a deep bond and have also shared screen space in many movies. They were seen in Karan Johar’s Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Ram Gopal Varma’s political thriller Sarkar and Sarkar Raj in 2008. Amitabh & Abhishek was also seen in Paa and Bunty Aur Babli.

Not only son Abhishek Bachchan even daughter Shweta Bachchan and granddaughter Navya Naveli wished the megastar his birthday with emotional posts. The mother-daughter duo penned heartfelt notes for Senior Bachchan along with some candid moments.

Shweta penned a poem and also shared a throwback pic with her father megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
