Earlier, after Sushant’s death, Abhishek and Amitabh Bachchan had also condoled on social media.

For the unversed, Sushant was one of the back dancers when Aishwarya performed at the 2006 Commonwealth Games closing ceremony in Australia. Aishwarya was the lead dancer while Sushant was part of Shiamak Davar’s dance troupe. Towards the end of the dance performance, Sushant, along with three other boys lifted Aishwarya.

You can watch the dance video here.

When Sushant participated on the dance reality show, ‘Zara Nachke Dikha 2’ in 2010, it was on the show he said, “As part of the act, I was supposed to lift Aishwarya. When the moment arrived, I lifted her but forgot to bring her down. This happened for nearly a minute.”

He also said that Aishwarya is a wonderful person.

Sushant’s funeral took place on June 15 and his ashes were taken to his hometown, Patna where his family immersed them in river Ganga. His family is still in a deep shock.
