There were media reports doing the rounds that Akshay Kumar booked a whole charter flight for his sister, Alka Bhatia, and her kids so that they could travel to Delhi. The actor has now rubbished all the rumours. He took to his Twitter handle and referred to an article of a leading entertainment portal and wrote that he is planning to take a legal action against it.

Akshay wrote, “This news about me booking a charter flight for my sister and her two kids is FAKE from start to end.She has not travelled anywhere since the lockdown and she has only one child!Contemplating legal action,enough of putting up with false, concocted reports!”(sic).

The report quoted a source saying that the flight had only four crew members taking care of them.

On the work front, Akshay Kumar’s movies ‘Sooryavanshi’ and ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ got postponed. Recently, maintaining strict protocols, Akshay shot for a special advertisement with filmmaker R Balki at Kamalistan studios.
