Akshay Kumar Seeks Blessings At Vaishno Devi Temple Ahead Of Welcome To The Jungle Release- Watch

Akshay Kumar was recently spotted visiting the Vaishno Devi shrine, and videos from his spiritual trip are now making rounds on social media. The actor’s visit comes ahead of the release of Welcome To The Jungle, scheduled for June 26, adding to the excitement among fans eagerly awaiting the film.

Akshay Kumar Seeks Blessings At Vaishno Devi Temple

Dressed in ethnic wear, Akshay Kumar was seen walking towards the temple amid tight security. The actor’s spiritual visit to Vaishno Devi took place on June 18. It has since garnered widespread attention on social media. There are numerous videos and photographs from the shrine circulating online. During his visit, Akshay was seen interacting with devotees and acknowledging fans along the route to the holy shrine located in the Trikuta Hills of Reasi district.

The actor arrived in Katra, the base camp for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage, before proceeding to the shrine. He travelled from Jammu to the Panchhi helipad via a special helicopter. He was received by representatives of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and local authorities.

Following his arrival, Akshay headed towards the temple in a battery-powered vehicle. Security arrangements were reportedly in place throughout his visit. Devotees and residents gathered along the route, eager to catch a glimpse of the actor. Several fans attempted to take photographs and selfies as he made his way towards the temple premises.

During his visit, Akshay Kumar offered prayers to Mata Vaishno Devi and spent time at the shrine seeking blessings. Priests at the temple later presented him with the sacred chunri, a traditional offering associated with the goddess.

After offering prayers at the main shrine, he travelled to Bhairav Valley via the cable ropeway system and paid respects at the Bhairavnath Temple. The actor reportedly spent some time there before returning to Jammu by helicopter around noon.
