Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor are all set to mark their Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. The movie is all set to release on Netflix on 7th December. Ahead of The Archies release, a star-studded screening was hosted by the makers today and it is attended by celebs like Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh, and Ranbir Kapoor, among others.
Celebs at The Archies screening
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and family turned cheerleader for Agastya Nanda as he is marking his debut. The fam-jam made a stunning appearance as they twinned in black. Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Aaradhya, and Navya Naveli Nanda, were all smiles as they posed for the paps.
Katrina Kaif made a stunning appearance in a black latex dress with sister Isabelle Kaif. The sister-duo flashed their million-dollar smile as they posed for shutterbugs.
Janhvi Kapoor also turned up for the screening of Khushi Kapoor’s debut movie in a shimmery attire.
Ranveer Singh also showed excitement at the screening in his uber-cool look. He donned a loose white coat and paired it with t-shirt and black trousers.
Ranbir Kapoor also supported debutants and marked his presence at the special screening with mom Neetu Kapoor.
Hrithik Roshan with his girlfriend Saba Azad also arrived at the screening. While the actress looked adorable in floral attire, Hrithik’s dashing look in black attire with a hat won hearts.
Karan Johar also arrived at The Archies screening with Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora.
Apart from them, Karisma Kapoor looked ravishing in a black outfit.
Bobby Deol graced the event by appearing with his beautiful wife Tania Deol. The actor striked his popular pose from Animal.
Aditya Roy Kapur looked dapper in a dark blue attire at the screening. He was all smiles as he posed for shutterbugs. To note, he arrived after rumoured girlfriend Ananya Panday made her way to the venue.
Timeless beauty Rekha made the night even more special when she arrived for the grand premiere of Zoya Akhtar’s upcoming directorial The Archies. The actress oozed elegance in bright golden saree.
Apart from her, glam diva Madhuri Dixit Nene also made our hearts skip a beat with her dazzling appearance in a black gown. She came to The Archies screening with her hubby Dr Sriram Nene.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra too arrived at the premiere night to root for the debutants.
Kajol stunned in a floral saree as she too arrived to cheer SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan.
Arjun Kapoor reached at the premiere of The Archies to root for his half-sister Khushi Kapoor. He looked handsome in a red blazer paired with a white shirt and dark-coloured trousers.
Paparazzi favourite Orhan Awatramani aka Orry added quirk to the premiere night.
Suhana and Khushi’s BFF Shanaya Kapoor is a vision to behold in an all white attire.
Apart from her, Ananya Pandey also graced the red carpet of The Archies premiere night.She looked breathtaking in an all-black dress and completed the look with sleek ponytail and minimal make-up.
Khushi Kapoor wore her late mother Sridevi’s shimmery gown for the screening night. She looked mesmerizing in the attire.
About The Archies
Set in 1960, the movie is based on a popular American comic of the same name. It is written and directed by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti. The musical drama explores friendship, freedom, love, heartbreak and rebellion in a heartwarming way. It also features Vedang Raina, Yuvraj Menda, Dot and Mihir Ahuja.
